Mediflight is highly experienced in coordinating air medical transfers on behalf of patients, clients and insurance / assistance companies.

Mediflight can arrange complex transfers with a full range of intensive care equipment through to more basic transfers with minimal assistance requiring a Nurse or Doctor escort only.

Our experienced medical consultants review all medical data and provide clear guidelines to our coordinators to ensure that transfers are prepared in accordance with the patient's medical requirements. Mediflight aims to ensure optimal safety for the patient at all times.

A detailed Fee Estimate is then provided to the client prior to services.  Upon acceptance of our Fee Estimate, Mediflight’s highly trained coordinators begin the complex process of coordinating the transfer in accordance with the patient's requirements.

Note: Upfront payments may be required prior to services. Mediflight reserves the right to request an appropriate upfront payment from any party.
